How to Write an Effective Ad

Advertising on the Internet is much different that advertising offline in print. In print you are limited to space and circulation. Online you aren't limited to space and the circulation is global.

But there is nobody just walking by on the Internet. So it's your words and description of your property which will attract buyers. Be sure to mention as much detail about your home or property as you can. Try not to use abbreviations...again there is no word restrictions. And people generally search with complete words. Try to include words and phrases in your ad that you think people would be using to describe your house or the house they are looking for. Remember, more is better.

I don't know about you but I really don't like looky-loos, so the more detail about the house you provide the more targeted or interested the buyer will be. If the house needs work, mention it. Some people don't mind fixer-uppers, so let them know what kind of shape it's in.
